• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

• The item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

• Used phones must not be damaged, tampered with, or modified after purchase.

• A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

• Mobile phone repairs, screen replacements, batteries, and other repair services are covered by our service warranty only and are not refundable once the repair has been completed.

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
